Objectives:

1. To encourage the students to join various committees under the forum.
2. To provide opportunities for the students to participate in activities as an extension of the academic activities.
3. To plan and organize various cultural activities in an academic year as per the Academic Calendar.
4. To increase the cordial relations between students and faculty.
5. To inculcate good governance and develop skills through teamwork and organizing

 various activities.

Outcomes:

1. Personal growth and development of various skills in students.
2. Leadership, Teamwork and Time Management qualities buildup in students.
3. Relief from academic stress and promotion mental well-being of students.
4. Networking and social Connections buildup abilities in students.
5. Discovering new passion and interests of students.

Functions:

1. Identification and planning for the event.
2. Allocating and managing funds for various activities and 
3. Formation of the organizing committee for the events.
4. Getting all the prior permissions to ensure the smooth conduction of events.
5. Marketing and publicity of the event on various platforms.
6. To identify sponsors, connect with them, negotiation and getting the sponsorship.
7. Engaging with students and faculty to encourage participation.
8. To plan the Pre-events for the Protsahan college fest.
9. Ensuring sound systems, stage and lighting, and other technical aspects are

     functioning.

10. Conducting cultural competitions like dance competitions, singing, competitions, music band competions and other cultural performances.
11. Arrange all the logistics requirement.
12. Documenting the event through photos, videos, and reports for future

reference.
