Counselling & Well-being Section- SVKM’s NMIMS, Shirpur Campus

Empowering Minds | Fostering Resilience | Building a Supportive Community

At SVKM’s NMIMS, Shirpur Campus, we believe that emotional and mental well-being is integral to holistic education. The Counselling & Well-being Section offers a confidential and inclusive space where students can receive professional support to overcome challenges, build inner strength, and thrive during their academic journey.

At NMIMS, we understand that student life comes with its own set of challenges — from academic pressure to emotional adjustment. Our in-house campus counsellor plays a vital role in supporting the mental well-being of students across all programs.

With a compassionate and confidential approach, the counsellor provides one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and guidance tailored to individual needs. Students are encouraged to reach out for help, whether it’s to talk through a personal concern, develop coping strategies, or simply find a non-judgmental space to be heard.

The counsellor works closely with faculty and student bodies to build a campus culture rooted in empathy, balance, and psychological resilience.
