A two-day workshop titled “Empowering Excellence: Hands-On Workshop on Soft Skills in Academia” was successfully conducted on December 23rd and 24th for faculty and section heads. The workshop focused on developing key competencies such as teamwork, trust building and collaboration, adaptability, attitude formation, time management, work-life balance, communication for building trusting relationships, self-motivation, goal setting, and problem-solving skills. The interactive sessions included group activities and practical exercises, fostering active participation. The workshop received excellent feedback from attendees, who appreciated the relevance and engaging format of the sessions. Overall, the workshop was a great success, providing valuable learning opportunities and contributing to the professional growth of faculty members and section heads in academia.
